Shaina Marae Doyle
Shaina heard the bell ring as she opened the door into the cafe. She looked around the room before taking another step in. It had been a few weeks until she had been to the 'cafe' but she still knew the place inside and out. She had visited the place everyday in the morning since she had arrived in Glenpark. Before taking a step away from the entrance, the girl sneezed. She sniffed before getting a napkin from her bag and wiping her nose. It was spring and the pollen had always bothered Shaina ever since she was a girl. Clutching the dirty napkin in her hand, she continued walking until she got up to the counter and waited for the worker to come up to the register.
Looking outside while waiting for the worker to reach her, she saw the trees that lined the streets which only further worsened her spring allergies and the pub that was across the street. She was glad that the sun was still far from setting. She knew what that place would become when the sun set. She found out the hard way the first time she visited the place. She had never enjoyed drinking in the day so she had arrived a few minutes before the place would become a nightclub. It was a nightmare for her. The girl laughed to herself as she thought of the memory. She mostly stayed at home after the it turned dark and everyone came out to party. But still, she must rather go to the cafe to get a latte.
As she sat, she got the full extent of the coffee smell. She thought that she was supposed to get used to it after a couple of week. But it had been a few years already and she still had to breath through her mouth for a while before the smell finally settled. She jumped as the cashier got to where she was standing. The girl simply ordered a latte and waited for it to come.
occ: ehhh it's blabby and definitely not my best[/size]

She thought maybe she was over her head, out of the blue she had gotten highered to be the manger of the new shelter, she was young, but being an averge A+ student really helped. She was holding an armful of paper work needing to be sighed and read about the shelter. Her reddish-brown hair was rather messy, tangled in her face, she tried to breath it out of her way but it was no use.
Audrey huffed as she sat down at a nearby booth by the window, her papers flopped on the table and she took a moment to catch her breath and look out the window. She stood up and grabbed her wallet out of her back pocket and went to stand in line.
It did not take the women in front of her to get her coffee and then it was her turn, but she wasen't fast enough to move out of the way of Shaina, closing her eyes hoping the hot coffee would not fall on either of them.

Shaina Marae Doyle
It was a good thing she wasn't so aloof at the time that the younger girl in front of her had turned around. Shaina put her free hand out, the other still clutching her used tissue, to prevent the cup from spilling on her. She smiled politely at the girl before seeing who she was, the manager of where she worked. Oh, hi Audrey. Looking towards the counter, she saw that her latte had arrived and she grabbed it after leaving the exact change on the counter.
Before flashing another smile at Audrey, she turned around in search of a table to sit. The reason she came to the cafe ever since she got her job as a field investigator was to go over the case files. The shop was rather small, only about half a dozen tables that were put in neat roles. After standing and staring, dumbfounded for a few seconds, she found a table in the back and started towards it.
As she got to the table, she put her latte down first before sitting down. Looking in her over-the-shoulder bag, she took out her folder holding all the papers that she had connected to her job. Sitting down, she sipped her coffee and scanned each case.

Audrey was quite surprised to see Shaina, she smiled widely, even though she was quite a few years younger then here she felt that they might be able to be friends, working in the same environment after all " Oh hey Shaina I didn't think I would run into anyone from work." She turned to the cashier when she let out an exaggerated sigh " I'll just have a hot coco please" She could never like the taste of coffee, first time she tried it has a younger girl she puked it up two hours later.
Took only a moment for the hot coco to arrive and she grabbed some change out of her wallet Thanks She turned back to see that Shaina had already seated herself, grabbing her papers off the nearby table she headed over to Shaina's Mind if I sit here?" She asked taking a sip of her drink only to burn herself Ouch.
She took a few seconds to let her mouth cool before turning her attention back "oh boy do I go some news to tell you.

Shaina Marae Doyle
Looking up at the girl as she walked over to her table, Shaina nodded politely and gestured to the chair across the small table from her. Picking up her latte, she took a sip before continuing to scan over the files. It had seemed like all the cases were similar, abandoned animals left on the streets or a loose dog or cat messing with a farmer’s chickens. Shaina never quite enjoyed having to see how many animals needed to be rescued. People these days, she murmured to herself, hoping that Audrey hadn't heard her. Oh boy, do I have news to tell you. At the sound of the younger girl speak again, Shaina looked up once again and raised her eyebrows with the cup still at her lips. She had never been one to gossip, preferring to stay away from other people’s business. Though perhaps what the girl was about to say was about work or some of the animals in the shelter.
She waited for Audrey to speak as Shaina’s eyes wondered away from her. She had finally gotten used to the strong coffee smell, she was never quite a fan of simple coffee, if she were to drink it, she would add tons of sugar and milk until it was barely recognizable as coffee. She much rather stick to her lattes. Directing her eyes back to the girl, she continued waiting for her to answer.

Audrey smiled at Shaina and sat down placing her coco on the table along with her uneven pile of paper work, running a shelter was definitely a lot and work and with all these new animals coming in was getting busier plus more money would be brought in the sooner the pets got adopted and out made room for even more.
Audrey kept most business to herself has she went about her job but she did not see anything wrong with talking about the animals " Well this morning I arrived at the shelter like usual and you know me with paperwork, well I dropped them and then I herd a sound and it seemed some person just left this poor white cat in the parking lot, poor boy is pretty mangled and blind but I hope he will pull through. I even think I might adopt him but who knows yet. I am just getting settled into my new apartment." Audrey took a drink of her hot drink and let a moment of silence go on before she asked " So how has your work been, find anymore cases?" She smiled well pulling some papers who were the wrong way neatly into a pile. She had come here on a coffee break to catch up but that could wait, after all getting to know one of her job employee's was important has well.
