If you are a civilian and working your salary will be paid to you directly every week (IRL) once you have posted in the ‘STAFF INVOICES’ thread in your workplace on or after the date posted. Fortunately for the shelters, the Government pays for the staff so no money out their pockets. You can also earn money by posting which will earn you $5 per post.
If you are a government funded shelter you will be given your funding every IRL week (Which counts as 1 month) and this will be calculated by the animals you have saved within this time. To let us know how many animals you have saved, you will make a thread in ‘PAPERWORK’ and link us to the thread where you have been actively posting. Don’t be saddened by the amount your contributions actually come to – you will earn money for yourself and your shelter simply by posting and of course you can use your own earned money to help at your workplace.
If you are a non-government funded shelter or a foster carer you will receive no allowance from the government HOWEVER you will earn double the cash for a fundraising event. For example: Mary posted 10 times in the ‘FUNDRAISING EVEN TITLE’ therefore she will earn £100 for those posts towards the shelter – this does mean however that she will have to surrender that money at the end of the event this making no profit for herself.
